Working KITAS E23
The Essential Permit for Foreign Employees in Indonesia
A Working KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit for Work) is a mandatory visa for foreign nationals seeking employment with companies registered in Indonesia. It is the most comprehensive work permit available, allowing holders to legally work and earn income in Indonesia. To qualify, applicants must have a job offer from an Indonesian-based company.
The validity of a Working KITAS depends on your job title and the employer’s application, with durations ranging from 6 to 12 months, subject to approval by the Ministry of Manpower.

A Working KITAS is suitable for those who:
- Plan to work and earn income in Indonesia.
