Birth Report
A Birth Report is an official document issued by the Immigration Office upon the birth of a child in Indonesia. This report is required when applying for the child’s residence permit and registering them in official schools in Indonesia.
Required Documents
To obtain a residence permit for a newborn child, the following documents are needed:
- Completed Bali visa application form.
- Parents’ passports.
- Child’s passport.
- Marriage certificate.
- Birth certificate.
- Birth declaration issued by the hospital.
