The Investor Residence Permit KITAS in Indonesia is a permit designed to suit foreigners who want to invest inside Indonesia. This visa helps all investors reside in Indonesia as long as their businesses are ongoing and compliant with regulations and laws in Indonesia. This permit is available for one year or two years as desired, and the KITAS permit also allows upgrading the investors and extending the residence duration up to 5 years.
Although the Investor Residence Permit KITAS allows business management, it is necessary to have a separate work permit for the job position.
