The Investor KITAP is a visa designed for all foreign investors who have owned shares in an Indonesian company for at least three years. This permanent residence permit (KITAP) allows investors to stay in Indonesia for about five years, with an option to extend the period and stay more time indefinitely.
If you plan to travel abroad and return to Indonesia after two years, you will need a Multiple Re-entry Permit before doing that, which is valid for two years and allows you to re-enter Indonesia multiple times.
