Processing Time
The processing time for visa applications shown on the website is only an estimate based on our experience and the information provided by the immigration offices. The processing time is calculated in working days (weekends and public holidays are excluded). Processing time begins once complete documents are received and payment is successfully processed. Visa Station will not be held responsible for delays caused by issues outside of our control, such as technical issues, political instability, or border closures. No fees will be refunded in the event of delays.
Refund Policy
Once your visa application has been submitted to the immigration authorities and the payment has been processed, the application cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued. However, if you cancel the application before it is submitted, a refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee. Refunds will only be issued to the bank account from which the payment was received.
Misuse and Violations
Visa Station is not responsible for any issues that arise due to misuse of the visa or violations of immigration rules, such as overstays or legal cases. Our responsibility is limited to assisting with visa applications and ensuring compliance with the relevant immigration rules.
Visa Approval Validity
Once your e-Visa has been issued, you must enter the country within 90 days from the date the visa approval is issued. After this period, the visa will no longer be valid.
