Single Entry Tourist Visa
The Single Entry Tourist Visa is an excellent option for foreigners planning to visit Indonesia for tourism, business activities, state visits, or transit. This visa is valid for an initial stay of 60 days, and the overall validity period of the visa is 90 days from the date of issue. It can be extended up to two times, offering flexibility for travelers.
What Can You Do with a Single Entry Tourist Visa?
This visa allows you to:
- Explore Indonesia as a tourist or visit friends and family.
- Attend business-related events such as meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (as an attendee).
- Travel through Indonesian waters on a yacht.
Important Note: As a single-entry visa, it becomes invalid once you leave Indonesia. If you plan to travel in and out of the country frequently, consider applying for a Multiple Entry Visa instead.
Required Documents
To apply for a Single Entry Tourist Visa, ensure you have the following:
- Passport: Valid for at least six months.
- Personal Bank Statement: Showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 (or equivalent) for the last three months.
- Photograph: A recent, passport-style photo with a red, white, or blue background.
- Accommodation Details: Address of your stay in Indonesia.
- Flight Ticket: Proof of travel into and out of Indonesia.

- Birth Certificate: For children under 18 years old.
