Available for 1-year or 2-year durations, the Investor KITAS also offers the possibility of upgrading to a KITAP (Permanent Residence Permit) for a more extended stay of 5 years.

The Investor KITAS is tailored for individuals who want to:

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant Documents:

  1. Passport: Valid for at least six months.
  2. Bank Statement: Showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 over the past three months.
  3. Photo: Recent, passport-style photo with a red background.

Sponsor (Company) Documents:

  1. Director/Commissioner Passport: Color scan.
  2. Director/Commissioner KITAS: Color scan.
  3. Local Staff ID (KTP): Color scan.
  4. Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
  5. Business Registration Number (NIB): From the OSS system.
  6. Business License: OSS-generated license.
  7. Notary Acts: Original and updated documents, including legalization by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
  8. Company Stamp, Letterhead, and Profile.
