Multiple Entry Visa
This visa is more flexible and is issued by the Indonesian government under the supervision of the Directorate General of Immigration. The Multiple Entry Visa is designed just to make visits to Indonesia more flexible and valid for longer periods, allowing all citizens to enter and exit Indonesia multiple times as long as the visa is valid.
Visa Category D1: Issued for tourism purposes.
Visa Category D2: Obtained for more official purposes, whether governmental or commercial.
Despite the different purposes, both categories allow you to stay approximately 60 days per visit, and it is required to leave Indonesia before the period ends. The stay can be extended approximately twice, meaning you can spend 180 days inside Indonesia, with adherence to additional fees.
